Fullerton Creek Cleanup - Saturday September 19
Keeping our watersheds and coastlines clean is very important to the
preservation of our creeks, rivers, bays, and beaches. Please take advantage of
this annual County-wide event and do your part to positively impact our
environment!
Join other members of your watershed community at one of many sites throughout
Orange County on September 25, from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
The local La Palma site is conducted in cooperation with the Cities of Buena
Park, Fullerton, and the County of Orange. Participants must check-in and
register at the Buena Park Elk’s Lodge, 7212 Melrose Street, Buena Park,
California. Registration starts at 8:00 a.m., with actual site cleanup
beginning at 9:00 a.m. Please remember to wear appropriate clothes including
hiking boots or rubber boots (no sandals or open-toed shoes); bring gardening
or work gloves if you have them; and remember your sunscreen and a hat. A free
BBQ lunch for all participants will be held at the Elks Lodge at 11:00 a.m.
This event is held in conjunction with the California Coastal Clean-up Day, for

or the California Coastal Commission.
