언약궤를 만들다(출 25:10-22)
1 브살렐이 조각목으로 궤를 만들었으니 길이가 두 규빗 반, 너비가 한 규빗 반, 높이가 한 규빗 반이며
2 순금으로 안팎을 싸고 위쪽 가장자리로 돌아가며 금 테를 만들었으며
3 금 고리 넷을 부어 만들어 네 발에 달았으니 곧 이쪽에 두 고리요 저쪽에 두 고리이며
4 조각목으로 채를 만들어 금으로 싸고
5 그 채를 궤 양쪽 고리에 꿰어 궤를 메게 하였으며
6 순금으로 1)속죄소를 만들었으니 길이가 두 규빗 반, 너비가 한 규빗 반이며
7 금으로 그룹 둘을 1)속죄소 양쪽에 쳐서 만들었으되
8 한 그룹은 이쪽 끝에, 한 그룹은 저쪽 끝에 곧 1)속죄소와 한 덩이로 그 양쪽에 만들었으니
9 그룹들이 그 날개를 높이 펴서 그 날개로 1)속죄소를 덮었으며 그 얼굴은 서로 대하여 1)속죄소를 향하였더라
상을 만들다(출 25:23-30)
10 그가 또 조각목으로 상을 만들었으니 길이가 두 규빗, 너비가 한 규빗, 높이가 한 규빗 반이며
11 순금으로 싸고 위쪽 가장자리로 돌아가며 금 테를 둘렀으며
12 그 주위에 손바닥 넓이만한 턱을 만들고 그 턱 주위에 금으로 테를 만들었고
13 상을 위하여 금 고리 넷을 부어 만들어 네 발 위, 네 모퉁이에 달았으니
14 그 고리가 턱 곁에 있어서 상을 메는 채를 꿰게 하였으며
15 또 조각목으로 상 멜 채를 만들어 금으로 쌌으며
16 상 위의 기구 곧 대접과 숟가락과 잔과 따르는 병을 순금으로 만들었더라
등잔대를 만들다(출 25:31-40)
17 그가 또 순금으로 등잔대를 만들되 그것을 쳐서 만들었으니 그 밑판과 줄기와 잔과 꽃받침과 꽃이 그것과 한 덩이로 되었고
18 가지 여섯이 그 곁에서 나왔으니 곧 등잔대의 세 가지는 저쪽으로 나왔고 등잔대의 세 가지는 이쪽으로 나왔으며
19 이쪽 가지에 살구꽃 형상의 잔 셋과 꽃받침과 꽃이 있고 저쪽 가지에 살구꽃 형상의 잔 셋과 꽃받침과 꽃이 있어 등잔대에서 나온 가지 여섯이 그러하며
20 등잔대 줄기에는 살구꽃 형상의 잔 넷과 꽃받침과 꽃이 있고
21 등잔대에서 나온 가지 여섯을 위하여는 꽃받침이 있게 하였으되 두 가지 아래에 한 꽃받침이 있어 줄기와 연결하였고 또 두 가지 아래에 한 꽃받침이 있어 줄기와 연결하였고 또 다시 두 가지 아래에 한 꽃받침이 있어 줄기와 연결되게 하였으니
22 이 꽃받침과 가지들을 줄기와 연결하여 전부를 순금으로 쳐서 만들었으며
23 등잔 일곱과 그 불 집게와 불 똥 그릇을 순금으로 만들었으니
24 등잔대와 그 모든 기구는 순금 한 달란트로 만들었더라
분향할 제단을 만들다(출 30:1-5; 30:22-38)
25 그가 또 조각목으로 분향할 제단을 만들었으니 길이는 한 규빗이요 너비도 한 규빗이라 네모가 반듯하고 높이는 두 규빗이며 그 뿔들이 제단과 연결되었으며
26 제단 상면과 전후 좌우면과 그 뿔을 순금으로 싸고 주위에 금 테를 둘렀고
27 그 테 아래 양쪽에 금 고리 둘을 만들었으되 곧 그 양쪽에 만들어 제단을 메는 채를 꿰게 하였으며
28 조각목으로 그 채를 만들어 금으로 쌌으며
29 거룩한 관유와 향품으로 정결한 향을 만들었으되 향을 만드는 법대로 하였더라
Making the Ark
37 Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood, 45 inches long, 27 inches wide, and 27 inches high.[a] 2 He overlaid it with pure gold inside and out and made a gold molding all around it. 3 He cast four gold rings for it, for its four feet, two rings on one side and two rings on the other side. 4 He made poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 5 He inserted the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark for carrying the ark.
6 He made a mercy seat of pure gold, 45 inches long and 27 inches wide.[b] 7 He made two cherubim of gold; he made them of hammered work at the two ends of the mercy seat, 8 one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end. At each end, he made a cherub of one piece with the mercy seat. 9 They had wings spread out. They faced each other and covered the mercy seat with their wings. The faces of the cherubim were looking toward the mercy seat.
Making the Table
10 He constructed the table of acacia wood, 36 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 27 inches high.[c] 11 He overlaid it with pure gold and made a gold molding all around it. 12 He made a three-inch[d] frame all around it and made a gold molding all around its frame. 13 He cast four gold rings for it and attached the rings to the four corners at its four legs. 14 The rings were next to the frame as holders for the poles to carry the table. 15 He made the poles for carrying the table from acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 16 He also made the utensils that would be on the table out of pure gold: its plates and cups, as well as its bowls and pitchers for pouring drink offerings.
Making the Lampstand
17 Then he made the lampstand out of pure hammered gold. He made it all of one piece: its base and shaft, its ornamental cups, and its calyxes[e] and petals. 18 Six branches extended from its sides, three branches of the lampstand from one side and three branches of the lampstand from the other side. 19 There were three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with a calyx and petals, on the first branch, and three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with a calyx and petals, on the next branch. It was this way for the six branches that extended from the lampstand. 20 On the lampstand shaft there were four cups shaped like almond blossoms with its calyxes and petals. 21 For the six branches that extended from it, a calyx was under the first pair of branches from it, a calyx under the second pair of branches from it, and a calyx under the third pair of branches from it. 22 Their calyxes and branches were of one piece.[f] All of it was a single hammered piece of pure gold. 23 He also made its seven lamps, snuffers, and firepans of pure gold. 24 He made it and all its utensils of 75 pounds[g] of pure gold.
Making the Altar of Incense
25 He made the altar of incense out of acacia wood. It was square, 18 inches long and 18 inches wide; it was 36 inches high.[h] Its horns were of one piece.[i] 26 He overlaid it, its top, all around its sides, and its horns with pure gold. Then he made a gold molding all around it. 27 He made two gold rings for it under the molding on two of its sides; he put these on opposite sides of it to be holders for the poles to carry it with. 28 He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold.
29 He also made the holy anointing oil and the pure, fragrant, and expertly blended incense.
