우주 음악 [ 욥기 38:1 - 38:7]
그 모퉁잇돌을 누가 놓았느냐 그 때에 새벽 별들이 기뻐 노래하며 하나님의 아들들이 다 기뻐 소리를 질렀느니라 - 욥기 38:6-7
미 우주항공국의 전망대 중 하나가 저음의 소리를 내는 거대한 블랙홀을 발견했습니다. 지구로부터 2억 5천만 광년이나 떨어진 거리에 있는 은하계 중 페르세우스 별무리에 위치한 이 블랙홀은 반음 낮은 “시”음의 주파수로 진동합니다. 그러나 이 음은 너무 낮아서 사람의 청각으로는 감지할 수 없고, 과학기기들로 측정한 결과 피아노의 한 가운데 있는 “도”음보다 57옥타브가 낮은 음으로 밝혀졌습니다.
음악과 천상의 존재들에 관한 생각은 새로운 것이 아닙니다. 하나님께서 욥에게 자신을 나타내셨을 때 이렇게 물으셨습니다. “내가 땅의 기초를 놓을 때에 네가 어디 있었느냐…그 때에 새벽 별들이 기뻐 노래하며 하나님의 아들들이 다 기뻐 소리를 질렀느니라”(욥 38:4,7). 경이로운 우주가 창조되었을 때 찬미의 노래와 기뻐 외치는 소리들로 하나님의 영광이 울려 퍼졌다고 기록되어 있습니다.
아씨시의 성 프랜시스가 지은 훌륭한 찬송가는 빛나는 낮의 태양과 별들이 반짝이는 밤하늘을 바라볼 때 우리가 느끼는 경외와 경배의 마음을 잘 드러내 보여줍니다.

저 금빛 나는 밝은 해
저 은빛 나는 밝은 달
하나님을 찬양하라

“하늘이 하나님의 영광을 선포하고 궁창이 그의 손으로 하신 일을 나타내는도다”(시 19:1).
이런 아름다움을 창조하셔서 우리로 즐기게 하신 하나님을 찬양합시다!
창조의 아름다움이 우리에게
하나님을 찬양할 이유를 제공한다.
욥기 38:1-7
[1] 그 때에 여호와께서 폭풍우 가운데에서 욥에게 말씀하여 이르시되
[2] 무지한 말로 생각을 어둡게 하는 자가 누구냐
[3] 너는 대장부처럼 허리를 묶고 내가 네게 묻는 것을 대답할지니라
[4] 내가 땅의 기초를 놓을 때에 네가 어디 있었느냐 네가 깨달아 알았거든 말할지니라
[5] 누가 그것의 도량법을 정하였는지, 누가 그 줄을 그것의 위에 띄웠는지 네가 아느냐
[6] 그것의 주추는 무엇 위에 세웠으며 그 모퉁잇돌을 누가 놓았느냐
[7] 그 때에 새벽 별들이 기뻐 노래하며 하나님의 아들들이 다 기뻐 소리를 질렀느니라

Space Music [ Job 38:1 - 38:7 ]
Who laid [earth’s] cornerstone, when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? — Job 38:6-7
One of NASA’s observatories has discovered a giant black hole that hums. Located in the Perseus cluster of galaxies about 250 million light years from Earth, the black hole vibrates at the frequency of a B flat. But it is too low a pitch to be picked up by the human ear. Scientific instruments have placed the note at 57 octaves below middle C on a piano.
The idea of music and heavenly bodies is not new. In fact, when God revealed Himself to Job, He asked: “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? ... When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?” (Job 38:4,7). We are told that at the creation of our marvelous universe, songs of praise and shouts of joy resounded to God’s glory.
A wonderful hymn by St. Francis of Assisi captures the awe and worship we feel when beholding the radiant sun by day or the star-studded sky at night.
All creatures of our God and King,
Lift up your voice and with us sing Alleluia, Alleluia!
Thou burning sun with golden beam,
Thou silver moon with softer gleam:
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!
“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork”(Ps.19:1).

[4] "Where were you when I laid the earth's foundation? Tell me, if you understand.
[5] Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it?
[6] On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone--
[7] while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy?
