Dear God, help me not to bow my knees before beauty, fame, and fortune. Instead help me see the
greatness of Jesus Christ- Greatness that brings me knees before the cross.

What a precious prayer.
I hope you pray this all your life. We all need this prayer for ourselves.
On the other hand, as the scripture said, if we don't pay attention to such great salvation,
we will be attracted to "beauty, fame, and fortune".
Thanks to God, all your gratitude list reveals how much you are grateful for your salvation.
