도배하는 방법에 대해 설명해 주세요.



한국 대부분의 가정집 벽에는 벽지가 발라져 있습니다. 새집으로 이사하면 새 출발의 의미로 도배를 다시 합니다. 각자의 취향에 따라 다양한 소재, 색상, 디자인의 벽지를 고를 수 있습ㄴ디ㅏ. 전문적으로 도배하는 사람을 부를 수도 있지만, 직접 도배를 하는 것도 한 방법입니다. 벽지, 풀, 풀을 펴 바를 솔, 커터칼, 직선 자, 그리고 마른 수건만 준비하면 됩니다. 우선 벽지를 벽 크기에 맞게 재단하여 커터칼로 조심스럽게 자릅니다. 풀을 찬물에 개어 준비한 다음, 잘라둔 벽지에다 그것을 솔로 펴 바릅니다. 천장에서부터 붙이기 시작해 아래쪽으로 내려오며 바르는 게 좋다는 것을 기억해야 합니다. 벽지가 울거나 기포가 들어간 곳은 마른 수건으로 부드럽게 펴 줍니다. 마지막으로 가장자리를 따라 남는 벽지를 잘라냅니다.

The walls of most Korean homes are covered with wallpaper. Many people put new wallpaper up when they move into a new home for a fresh start. They come in different materials, colors, and designs to suit everyone’s individual needs. Although you can hire professionals to wallpaper your place, doing it yourself is always an option. All you need is the wallpaper, glue, brush to apply the glue, razor knife, straightedge, and a dry towel. Cut up carefully measured sheets of wallpaper that fit your walls with the razor knife. Prepare the glue by mixing it with cold water. Use the glue brush to carefully apply the glue mixture onto a wallpaper sheet. The key is to start applying the wallpaper from the ceiling and work your way down. Smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles with the dry towel. Finally, trim away any excess wallpaper along the edges.
