한국 여성들은 과거에 비해 활발하게 사회생활을 하고 있습니다. 여성이 남성과 동등한 교육을 받게 되면서 동등한 고용 기회를 얻게 된 것입니다. 그 결과 보다 많은 여성들이 경제적으로 자립할 수 있게 되었습니다. 이들은 스스로 생계를 책임질 뿐만 아니라, 경력상 성과들도 남성들에 버금가고 있습니다. 이러한 추세로 인해, 맞벌이 가정이 점점 더 보편화 되어가고 있습니다. 생활비가 점점 더 많이 드는 한국에서는 맞벌이를 하는 게 도움이 됩니다. 직업을 가진 한국의 여성들은 세계 무대의 다양한 분야에서 한국의 위상을 드높이는 데 커다란 역할을 할 것 입니다. 그렇지만 그 이면에는 남편들과 사회 전체가 육아에 좀 더 적극 참여해야 할 필요성이 있습니다.

Talk about Korean females being

more and more active in the workplace.



Korean women are much more active in the workforce compared to in the past. They get the same quality education and are offered equal work opportunities. As a result, women are becoming increasingly more capable of standing on their own two feet. Not only are they making own living, but their career achievements are rivaling those of men. Due to this trend, double income families are becoming the norm. The double income helps cover the rising cost of living in Korea. The country’s working women will surely play a big role in advancing Korea in various sectors on the global scale. However, on the flip side of the coin, husbands and society as a whole will have to become more involved in childcare.
